Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all transactions and billing arrangements between you and Lenavqes ("we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of the services available at lenavqes.com. By completing a purchase or subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, as well as other methods displayed at checkout. All payment information is processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
2. Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated during checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid for.
3. Billing Cycles
3.1 Subscription Plans
Subscription-based services are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually — depending on the plan you select. Your billing cycle begins on the date your subscription is activated.
3.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring additional approval for each renewal.
3.3 One-Time Purchases
Certain products or features may be available as one-time purchases. These are charged immediately upon confirmation and do not renew automatically.
4. Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, no charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the applicable subscription rate. Trial eligibility is limited to one per user or organization.
5. Taxes and Fees
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or transaction fees associated with your purchase. Where required by applicable law, we may collect and remit taxes on your behalf. The final amount charged may differ from the displayed price if taxes apply to your location.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within a reasonable period. You will be notified of the failure and given the opportunity to update your payment information. Continued failure to settle outstanding amounts may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 General Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased. Requests for refunds must be submitted to help@lenavqes.com within 14 days of the charge date, unless a different period is stated at the time of purchase.
7.2 Non-Refundable Items
Fees for services that have already been fully delivered, consumed, or accessed are generally non-refundable. This includes completed quiz assignments, unlocked content, or any features used in full during the billing period.
7.3 Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at our sole discretion and does not establish a precedent for future requests.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing cycle unless required by applicable law.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at help@lenavqes.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing disputes promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
10. Modifications to Pricing or Terms
We may update these Payment Terms or our pricing structure at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of paid services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
